Pretty straightforward, no curve ball questions. Interviewers are pretty laid back, not hostile. Didn't last too long, got to the point. I got the position, so I was pretty happy with how to the process came along. The decision took a little while to come to, but no real issues.

Talk with manger and assistant manager directly. You need to have some job experiences with students, welling to help, passion of work. You need to have experiences with every working station also you cannot have experience with unreason leave work.
