Interview
It was a professional interview: few questions, down to the point; they also gave a good overview of the work and the aspects of myself to be strengthened. It's nice that they didn't want to test basic stuff, as it had happened with other companies. The questions were not very difficult, but they touched the key aspects of the work I was supposed to do: this also helps you understand whether it's the right place for you. At the moment I didn't think to ask, but it wold have been beneficial to have a tour of the site, even a quick one.
Quite smooth and fast respond from the hiring manager and hr. HR is very professional and take immediately action to come out offer a very competitive package in the market, at least 25% increase from current package.
For fresh graduate, will be ask more on the questions that about personalities and how you solve problem. Also, about your strength and weakness. Just keep calm and relax. No need stress.
Very nice experience of the interview.
They care about your skills, and feelings. From the conversation, you can feel they are professional at tech area and management area.
It's a big company, have full process of everything.
