Interview
-Overall is good.
-Not difficult to pass the interview as long as you have a good results during your University.
-Common techniques will be applied by the interviewer such as asking your shortness, strengths, what do you want to be after 5 years.
Quite smooth and fast respond from the hiring manager and hr. HR is very professional and take immediately action to come out offer a very competitive package in the market, at least 25% increase from current package.
For fresh graduate, will be ask more on the questions that about personalities and how you solve problem. Also, about your strength and weakness. Just keep calm and relax. No need stress.
Very nice experience of the interview.
They care about your skills, and feelings. From the conversation, you can feel they are professional at tech area and management area.
It's a big company, have full process of everything.
