Got internship opportunity in career fair. The questions were ok by asking questions like experience in school, how you manage everything. Overall it was not very difficult and interviewer was nice too.
Quite smooth and fast respond from the hiring manager and hr. HR is very professional and take immediately action to come out offer a very competitive package in the market, at least 25% increase from current package.
For fresh graduate, will be ask more on the questions that about personalities and how you solve problem. Also, about your strength and weakness. Just keep calm and relax. No need stress.
Very nice experience of the interview.
They care about your skills, and feelings. From the conversation, you can feel they are professional at tech area and management area.
It's a big company, have full process of everything.
