1. CV, gradelists and motivation. Applied through senior recruiter, who brought me in contact with the strategy office of the company. After a month, first phone interview was scheduled. 2. Phone motivation + case interview. Two managers, emphasis on motivation, why you instead of other candidates. Feedback after two weeks, invitation for final round. 3. Phone interview, with VP, another case. Some broad estimation questions, some personal questions on leadership and teamwork. Offer after a week.
