A regular interview process where the very first step is a personal interview. I was told that further steps would be another personal interview and an assignment to complete - as I hadn't gotten into those stages, I can't speak about those. The first interview was a pleasant and informative interview where all my questions were answered. I asked some rather risky questions as well which the interviewers seemed to have taken well. The interviewers were professional but not as skilled as would have expected them to be as their follow up questions (after introducing my experience to them) were rather generic, instead of concrete questions aiming to find out more about my experience. Therefore my strategy of briefly introducing myself and planning to go into details later on did not work. My advice is if you interview with Infobip, don't count on concrete follow up questions, but go ahead and talk about your experience in the greatest detail possible. Communication about the recruitment process is timely, but rather generic: e.g. I haven't received any concrete information why I wasn't invited from next stages, I was simply informed about the fact.
