Infoblox JAPAC Role interview questions

Had a pleasant phone interview 2 weeks back with a NA recruiter. Was told that an update will be given by end week. Gave her a few more days after the committed time, but still nothing. Follow up with an email. It has been 3 weeks, no one came back to me. Considering that the company pride itself in having a great culture, this is certainly not a positive experience. Understand there are probably hundreds of applicants, but at least an updated email to those who has been phone screened.
