Applied online. Got a call out of no where from the hiring manager. He did not have a courtesy to ask if it’s a good time to talk. I was out having lunch and he start firing questions. First: he asked do you know java. I said yes, replied how can you be so sure you know java. I said ask me anything, I will try to answer. Next, he said why is location not mentioned on your resume for your work experience. I said sorry, I never noticed that. He said I get 100 resumes and I can throw your as well. Then out of no where he disconnects the call and I get a rejection email 5 minutes later. Pathetic Manager !!

The interviews are fairly.I was asked random questions which the interviewers were not clear about.It was just that they were sent to ask the questions. Surprisingly , The hiring manager asked me "what if a person in the team is anti towards you ", "what if people are not reporting defects" , " what if your manager is biased " Thanks for asking these questions , I was seriously thinking to join & got a slight hint how negative the system is inside !
