While I appreciate the opportunity to be considered for the role, I must express my disappointment with the scheduling and timing of the interviews. Throughout the interview process, there were multiple reschedulings, which caused significant inconvenience and wasted a considerable amount of my time. Despite my understanding of unexpected circumstances and the need for flexibility, the frequency of these rescheduling became increasingly disruptive to my schedule and commitments. Furthermore, the interviews never started on time, which further compounded the issue. As a result, not only was my valuable time wasted, but the delays also disrupted my entire day, causing additional stress and difficulty in managing other personal and professional responsibilities. As a candidate, I believe that punctuality and respect for each other's time are essential elements of a positive interview experience. Timeliness and effective scheduling not only demonstrate professionalism but also reflect the company's commitment to providing a fair and efficient process for all candidates involved. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention to highlight the impact it had on my experience as a candidate. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but I would like to suggest that greater attention be given to scheduling and ensuring interviews start as close to the agreed-upon time as possible. At the end of the interview I literally had to escape out of the room because there was a lot of negativity and I could feel how people must be feeling working under "Anant" in such circumstances. I hope this feedback goes to him and he realizes that interviews are not to listen exactly what you want from a candidate but to understand whether he/she can do what you want or not.
