Informatica Middle Level Role interview questions

I applied based on their posting and after 2 months of applying , the HR called and asked for sharing the work done. And after that , it took more than 2 weeks, to schedule for phone walkthrough on the work done to demonstrate the capabilities. The interview panel have pre-defined opinions about the prospects applying from software services companies. This perspective made them not to understand the angle the rationale being provided for some of the solutions. Though the process is same across software services and product based services, clients of software services do not give much time for completion of a project with out compromise on quality. The panel was over critical.
