My interview was through college or university. The process took 2 days, first day was PPT and online test and the second day was the interview process.
As you all know for aptitude R S Aggarval is more than enough and for the interview just get to know more about the company and brushup little bit on C/C++ if you are weak in it.

Question 1
I'm basically a Electronics (Hardware) guy and I was asked to write C/C++ programs in which I'm pretty week. That was a nightmare but I got selected. Aptitude is simple R S Aggarval is sufficient.

Interview
Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
