Was more case study based, which made it fair to give an interview based on your past experience. They also asked questions on project management and methodologies basis on which the progress was shared

HR informs one day before to be available for the interview next day.
Cleared the first round.
Second round was kind of judgemental.
Like if working in startups doesn't give you real experience and for the person who interviewed me all the answers were textbook answers.
Not sure why they conduct interviews for name sake if they don't have the time and patience to listen.
In short this infact affected my confidence in giving interviews.

Interview
Online video interview with 4 panel members. Interview went on for about an hour. Most of the interview questions were behavioral. Only one or two questions were technical. Interview started with general ice breaker questions.
