The interview was a combination of both technical and managerial rounds conducted together. The panel assessed my technical skills through problem-solving, domain knowledge, and scenario-based questions. At the same time, they evaluated my communication, leadership potential, decision-making, and how I approach challenges in a team or project environment. It was an integrated process that tested both my core competencies and soft skills.
