Interview
Great recruiter. A fairly typical screening process, included an assessment. I appreciate the due diligence of including a personality assessment and the importance of these for certain positions. However, in my experience, I would have expected to see it later in the process to help push through the final candidates. Basing a decision solely on the results of a test leads me to believe the organization is not confident enough in their own abilities. I would also recommend giving feedback to your candidates as to why. They deserve it.

Interview
Very uncoordinated and lacked communication within HR. I was confirmed for an interview, only to have the day changed without me even knowing, twice! After finally completing my first interview, they asked me to come again the next day, and that they were very interested.When I called and confirmed it, they again changed their mind and pushed it to two weeks away. The following day I received a voicemail telling me the position was filled. At least they were nice enough to tell me, I suppose.
