Weird. I was super excited to see an Ingram job and applied immediately after it was posted. A few days AFTER I submitted an application, resume, portfolio, etc... I got a message on LinkedIn from a recruiter asking if I'd be interested in applying.
I told her I had already submitted the application, would be happy to send her my resume directly and she told me there was no need, my application would be in their system.
The following afternoon, I got an email (from a new recruiter) asking to set up an initial call the next day at a specific time.
I confirmed the time, was ready for the interview but got COMPLETELY GHOSTED. lol
I never received a call from her, I followed up on an email suggesting another time in case she just got tied up (understandable) and heard nottttthinnnnggg until I got an automated email a full week later saying that I wouldn't be "advancing to the next round of the selection process at this time."...I never got to ANY round let alone the NEXT round. :|
Anyway, they provide 6 months complimentary access to their "online career development center" - which is an Ingram branded job board with interviewing tips and resources...? Idk, maybe it's an internal program for employees that they provide applicants they forgot about.
