The questions are to see how you deal with culture in the office such as " If ______ comes in late what do you do. 1. tell your supervisor 2. Make a sarcastic comment to them 3. Do not say anything because its not your business". There are several situational questions like that. Rule of thumb, try to answer in the most generic H.R. manner as possible.
