Interview was a two-stage process, with the internal team and the VP. The interview was detailed and generally very interesting and nice experience. All interviewers were extremely professional and asked reasonable and actually extremely interesting questions re chemistry and patents. The negative part that spoiled the whole experience was the transparency of the hiring process: I was given misleading information at several stages (such as when the response will come). Communication with HR was quite difficult, as answers to emails. Eventually, offer that was initially suggested as being prepared was not approved, whatever it means...
