HR phone interview, then a Teams meeting interview. Multi-panel interview process. Doesn't last longer than 30 minutes. Questions about your nursing skills and experiences, background in education and leadership roles.
virtual and peer interview. Not hard. They need nurses. Not a bad place to work, just not get paid well. Good for new grad since it is a teaching hospital.
