The Manager provided me with an application, asked me to complete it along with two professional references and submit back to the noted contact. Within two weeks I received a call from the site manager to discuss my availability to join the team.
Fairly easy, casual interview process. The volunteer coordinator reached out to me via email a couple of weeks after mailing in an application. Basically any typical interview questions were primarily asked in the application. The "interview" was really just a meeting to discuss hours of availability and areas of the hospital that I'd be interested in assisting.
