answered maybe a total of 5 question from the talent acquisition, then some randomly picked nurse manager, asks you the same questions. There is a recruiter, once they finally call you....1 month later, you had better be there to answer the phone. When you call back, they have no record who you are, and put you on hold, so they can see if they can find someone to help you. they transfer you, and have to leave a message, 2 weeks later you may get a call back. At that time they are scrambling and you had better be able to start with their next training class in the next two weeks or they will place you on a 6 month hold to call you back if anything is open...I find this odd because they were hiring when they had a lay off??? yes, it was the same dept.
Expect a lay off every year, maybe not in your dept, but as a rn working there ...chances are high.
