Applied online and heard back from a recruiter the next day. Played phone tag in trying to setup a mutually agreed upon time for a phone interview. Recruiter still called 30 minutes prior to scheduled phone interview time because she was trying to leave for the day. I was stuck in traffic, therefore had to conduct phone interview in a less than ideal location.
Never felt as though she was listening to my answers, rather reading off of a script the entire time. She would ask me a question and I would answer and her next question would ask a question regarding skills, qualifications, etc., which was answered previously.
She indicated that my resume would be forwarded to the Hiring Manager and after two weeks of no response, I followed up with the Recruiter via email with no response.
This is an interesting company that seems disorganized to say the least. I have applied for this position multiple times over the years and my resume hasn't changed much, yet this time they chose to call me. Seems like turnover is a big problem there.
