1. Recruiter Call: Initial discussion with a recruiter.
2. Technical Phone Screen: A 45-minute session with two questions.
The recruiter was really nice and the interviewer was nice too, but the questions were very difficult

Question 1: Find the maximum element in an array, and if duplicates exist, return one of the maximum indices with equal probability.
• Question 2: Group strings based on their ability to belong to the same Caesar cipher group.
