I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Boston, MA) in Oct 2017
Interview
My interview was scheduled for 4pm and at 4:42pm I was still not seen by anyone. I was greeted at 4:09pm and ushered into a conference room, leaving me alone for almost 35 minutes. Unfortunately, after 42 minutes I had to protect some of my dignity and leave. They called me at 4:45 having noticed I left, and explained there were no conference rooms available to interview me in. Despite the fact that I was indeed in a conference room by myself. This leads me to believe that the person who shook my hand at the door relayed some sort of information to my interviewer that implied at first glance I wasn't worthy of interviewing as scheduled. I sincerely hope no future candidate has a similar experience.

Other Recruiter/Account Manager Interview Reviews for Insight Global
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
