Interview
I had an initial interview with Insight Global to go over my experience and expectations. After the initial interview I was sent out for interviews with potential employers. The person who is assisting me in my job search, Tara Rohar, came along with my for my interview and sat in. This helped take some of the edge off, I get really nervous in interviews. After the interview was over she gave me helpful pointers and feed back from the employer.

Question 1
The interview questions were very straight forward. Tell me about your experience and where do you see your self in this company.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
