Preliminary phone interview and screening process. The next interview is a face to face with the account manager assigned to the client. Basic information and background on the consulting company is addressed. Experience, client need and position are discussed in depth. Rate and length of contract is then discussed to confirm any interest in continuing with the contract.

Interview was scheduled for a face to face with Insight Global after an initial screening call to see if my career goals and expectations aligned with an opportunity they wanted me to look at. Very comfortable environment and a very nice building, office is very modern and staff is extremely polite. Very positive experience.

I had to do a phone screen before I went downtown to lower Manhattan to do a in person interview. They had quite a few entry-level projects available for me to start working on immediately. Naturally, they asked what were some of my goals and where do I see my self in 5 years?
