Interview
First, the interviewed me personally at their office downtown. Then they searched for jobs that best fit my personally/qualifications. I interviewed at a couple positions until I found the perfect spot for me. I will be working for Insight Global for 4 months as a contract-to-hire for Ohio National.

They asked very detail questions, but to me they all seemed to be appropriate for the situation. They want to make sure they know what kind of person/employee you are before they recommend you for a certain job.
