The initial communications between the Insight Global recruiter was delightfully refreshing, enthusiastic, and inspired. It was obvious that she was very familiar with the client's needs, expectations, and culture. She asked good, probing questions to analyze if there was a good fit but, she did so in one of the friendliest ways that I couldn't help but, enjoy the interview process. This set the tone for every interview that followed with the Account Manager (who exemplified professionalism, politeness, and charm at the same time). After speaking and "meeting" the team via Skype, my resume was then presented to the client. The background information supplied by the Insight Gobal team was, indeed, very insightful and helpful during my interviews with the clients. Delightful people. Smart, intuitive, innovative, and fun people who embrace doing good work. They provided a detailed description of where they've been, where they're headed, and where they want to take their training development team. At the end of the interview process, I was SOLD and convinced that my life, career, and talents would be definitely be enhanced if I got the opportunity to help them get there....and I did!
