I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2018
Interview
They had an internal recruiter who walked me through the whole process. I went in for two interviews, the first with a few different people in the role I was applying for, and the second with the supervisor. The recruiter had told me all kinds of intimate details about the supervisor (such as her playing college volleyball), I guess to give me an "advantage" — but afterward it felt like a test. During the interview I was nervous and started to forget what she had told me herself vs what the recruiter had told me previously. The supervisor was snarky and interrupted the interview to take a phone call which I found unprofessional. I did great in the first interview, but the second was off-putting.
Unprofessional! Recruiter didn't want to turn on her camera during the interview. I didn't take it serious and shut down the interview before it began. Always remember your time needs to be respected.

Interview
Normal interview process. Screening, then moved on to two additional interviews. However, poor communication and constantly rescheduling last minute by the recruiters or lack of communication . Then no follow once I had the final interview. I had to check-in and they chose another candidate.

Question 1
Why was I looking to make a transition to a new employer?
It was super easy and my interviewer was very nice. She made the conversation really easy and told me I would hear back in a few days if I’m moved forward.
