Recruiter contacted me and scheduled a time to come in for a screening. Then after I passed that I went in for a formal interview at the Microsoft office in Seattle where I met with the hiring manager, the vendor PM, another vendor PM, and a senior employee on the team who would eventually train me. They asked a lot of background questions about my SEM experience and asked for specific examples. They also expected me to ask good questions (from what I could tell).
