I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Boston, MA) in Jul 2015
Interview
First got a call and it was a phone interview then got scheduled for a one-on-one in person interview and talked to 4 different people. They didn't ask me anything about my resume it more about them so be ready to ask them questions. Each person had a different role in the company and they recruit you for an Account Manager position but you start as a recruiter before you get promoted to be an Account Manager so that was a little confusing. You would be a recruiter for 6 months or so so you get familiar with the company. Overall it was an alright experience, my recruiter was in contact with me so I appreciated that but I was expecting the interview process to include going over my resume and my experiences but make sure to have a lot of questions prepared.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
