I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Germantown, MD) in Apr 2025
Interview
Thorough but simple. Made me feel comfortable and expressed good ideas. We did a few questions and a case study. I liked the HR department. We did a second round with another manager and did negotiations on the spot

Question 1
Describe a challenge you had to face and why it was difficult
Great process and an interesting way of doing things. It was a two part interview with a one to one and then a panel of people accompanied by a presentation
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Denver, CO)
Interview
Standard questions from a recruiter then wanted a follow-up call with the Account manager. Never gave me a name just said they would be calling. Number came up as blocked so I thought it was a spam call. Returned the call and the person was driving in a car. Asked me the same questions and wanted to know who I was interviewing with name of the company and manager with their contact as well. I respectfully declined to provide what other companies I was interviewing with and contacts.
Next day before I would even interview or offered a job. They wanted references and who I was interviewing with names company, manager and contacts.
At this point I said I would be happy to provide references when I had a job offer. I declined to provide what other companies I was interviewing with.
I at this point said I don't wish to pursue this opportunity. The recruiter said we don't want to work with you.
Strangest interaction I ever had .
