Interview
I interviewed with Insight Global and had a very positive experience. I met with the office manager and one of the sales managers, as well as an account manager. They were very nice which made the interview less stressful. I was asked to move on to the second interview, which was a lunch that lasted a couple of hours, then we went back to the office and they gave me an offer which I accepted.

tell us about your job experience and why you want to be a recruiter?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2011
Interview
Extremely unprofessional interview. They didn't ask for resume, and didn't give business cards at the end of the interview. Didn't ask about past jobs or internships... just wanted to know what you did for fun. Seemed to have a high turnover rate as many people leave after a few months there.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global in Oct 2011
Interview
I arrived and had to use the phone on the desk to let them know i was there and then was rudely greeted by someone, almost as if I was interrupting him. He seemed friendly and made me feel comfortable, but I soon realized this was no ordinary interview. He asked me virtually no questions about my education or work experience. He spent most of the time talking about fantasy football and my favorite sports teams. I was really confused and kept waiting for some real interview questions but they never came. All of the sudden he stood up and said he enjoyed talking to me. I didnt even get a chance to ask questions. It was the easiest and stupidest interview I have ever taken part in. What a complete joke. I wasted nearly 4 hours driving there and back to do a 30 minute interview that was about 20 minutes of sports talk. I received a call about a week later telling me they dont think i would be a good fit. Complete crap. I would never want to work for this backwards company anyway and I've heard and read so many negative things about them. Just be prepared to potentially waste your time in this interview.
