Insight Global Senior Project Manager interview questions

Consistently infuriating experience with these recruiters. Their MO is as follows: they send an unsolicited message regarding an open role. They think you'd be a great fit. You respond saying you're interested and ask what the next steps are. They disappear. This has happened to me roughly 4 times each year since 2019. I don't have any reason to believe the jobs they're approaching people about are even real at this point. When you look at these recruiters' work histories, you see that they're being plucked from dead-end jobs completely unrelated to tech recruiting (hair stylist, Zumba instructor) , so it's not altogether surprising that they cannot handle mid-career educated professionals. It's beyond me how they even source talent when the gatekeepers behave this way.
