Insperity BPA / Outside Sales interview questions

When I initially spoke with the recruiter the conversation was very confusing. She did seem to know much about the role she was filling. After multiple calls with the recruiter, I was set up an interview with a district manager followed by another manager then another. There’s a multi-part interview process that entails interviewing with different managers. To be clear, it’s excruciating experience. Truly! If hired, it will definitely be a slow moving process. There’s a ridiculous amount of lag time. Positives- All interviewers and staff members I met during the process were very polite and welcoming.
