Insperity interview questions

Received a call from a Corporate Development Recruiter based in Texas in response to an on line job post post I had responded to. We agreed to a time to go have an initial phone interview where my background would be reviewed in greater detail and the details of the position would be explained. The phone interview went well. There was a high level of interest in civic and professional organizations I might be involved in. Following the interview I was asked to take an on line personality assessment and complete standard application documentation. Shortly thereafter I was told I would be invited to a face to face interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager interview never materialized. A few weeks later the corporate recruiter emailed me to ask if the hiring manager had contacted me yet. When I responded "no" the recruiter indicated there would be follow up with the hiring manager to figure out why the ball had been dropped. No response since. The field office and home office didn't appear to be on the same page.

I had applied for a different position with the company, i got a call from the recruiter at Insperity about a different position. My first interview was with Senior Corporate recruiter on behavioral questions. Since i was local, i was asked to come at the office for a personal interview with Hiring manager. Few days later I was asked for a 2nd interview again at the office with rest of the team. After 1 week i was made verbal offer.
