Inspire11 interview questions

This was your standard recruiter phone call, followed by a round of in-person interviews. They didn't seem to have a good process in place. It was a non-personal interview where the questions were pulled off of google and the interviewers weren't familiar with my resume.

Initial reach out via LinkedIn by talent, initial screening call with talent, two 30min calls with another Sales rep., final interview with market leader of office. Talent Aquisition person was fantastic! Asked great questions, allowed for reciprocal Q&A. Phone interviews were too short at 30min. Nothing out of ordinary...the sales person who conducted interview via phone didn’t seem to have had much hiring experience for this type of role. If you google sales interview questions to ask...pretty much what they came at me with. Timely follow up by talent Aquisition throughout process.
