Question 1
What do you hope to get out of working at Instacart?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Instacart (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2019
Interview
It was a bit drawn out but the people I've interviewed with have been very helpful and thorough with the prepping before the start of training. The recruiter I worked with was very prompt with his email response and was happy to offer any suggestions and advise. Once I did the phone screening with him he told me I'd be contacted in a couple of days for a face to face interview. I was switched last minute to another interviewer who was very inquisitive with questions but overall seemed nice. The facility is very nice and seems that the workers can dress casually.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Instacart
Interview
Asked a question and I had to write a response as if I'm customer support. Was through a temp agency so it was fairly easy. I have nothing else to say.
