Question 1
They asked me an SQL question about delivering orders on time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Instacart in Oct 2018
Interview
Extremely unprofessional. Applied online, got a response asking for a phone screen with recruiter fairly fast; it went well so we scheduled a Google Hangouts call with the hiring manager. No one answered during the scheduled meeting time so I emailed back my recruiter and asked for an update. She said she would check with the hiring manager and didn't get back to me until I emailed her again asking for another update. She didn't apologize for me waiting an hour for the hiring manager but we set up another time for me to talk with him. Second time comes, no one answers again so I email my recruiter again. She says she'll check in with the hiring manager and again didn't get back to me. I emailed her again a couple days ago asking for an update, but no response so I guess Instacart basically stood me up twice then ghosted me? lol. Honestly, the very first initial phone screen with the recruiter was fine, she was really nice, but in general the company seems disorganized and unprofessional. 0/10 would apply again.
