I had a phone interview with the recruiter. The phone interview lasted no more than 15 mints. The conversation made me feel that the recruiter just wanted to put something on the note and check this task off from his to-do. The recruiter didn't try to understand my experiences and how the experience can help the company growth. I was very disappointed with the interview.
Suggestion: You may want to share more details of your experiences at the very beginning in case recruiter didn't want to ask questions. I think I didn't do well on this part.
I kept my intro very short and told the recruiter that we could dive in a specific experience that he wanted to hear more since I wanted to keep the interview conversational. Unfortunately, the recruiter only randomly picked up one experience despite I have multiple experiences that strongly related to the role I applied for.
