Instructure Customer Success Manager interview questions

Applying to jobs in SLC area can be challenging as a result of obvious reasons. My first connections with the recruiter were pleasant. When I was called into the in-person interview, down the toilet it all went. It was a 10 person panel interview, a bit extreme in my opinion, but whatever, I was not told that there would be this many people interviewing me in one room, but I went with it. The environment was far from relaxed, the group of Instructure hiring managers seemed so clicky and it wasn't long into the interviewing that I was just ready for it to end. First of all, none of the 10 people spoke before hand about the Q's they would ask, so I was repeating the basic framework of my answers. Second, I wasn't told anything about the day to day expediencies of the position from their experiences so it was a total useless interview for me gaining any knowledge other than the fact that the company was the complete opposite of the type of environment I want to work in. During the interview I was asked what my favorite joke was. After this experience, I have a new one.

1. Call with HR to discuss my current situation and background 2. Call with CSM Team Leader in EMEA via video conference (BlueJeans) Both interviews occurred in the period of a week. The first interview went quite well - it was more of a background check and for the HR member to provide an overview of the role. The second interview went alright too, with the CSM Team leader in EMEA. This was more scenario based questions and specific examples of work experience. However, I was expecting to hear back (regardless of whether I'd make it to the next stage or not) in a week from HR. 2 weeks have gone by with no news. Slightly disappointed, as no feedback was given, despite having reached out the the HR member by email. Seems like a great place to work with innovative products and good company values.
