Went through 2 interviews. One with a recruiter and one with the team manager. Recruiter went through a brief overview of the role and the company overall. Manager gave a more detailed overview of what they were looking for and had discussions about relevant experience I had.

Lengthy and unorganized. Was originally supposed to have an initial phone interview from a HR rep in the UK. Did not get to the final stage due to other candidates having more experience. Friendly people, platform appears impressive. Need to improve interview process
