The manager was dominant and unprofessional throughout the interview and left little room for two-way dialogue. Speaking about my background and experience was clearly the last priority during the interview, yet I was constantly forced to ask questions about the company or the role. There was at least 4-5 clear red flags that this company follows a traditional top-down management style. Glassdoor reviews are in line with my experience.

Interview
I did three rounds of interviews for this role. The first was a phone screen with a recruiter, the second was a one on one interview with the hiring manager, and the third was a panel interview with three people in roles that I would have interacted with most in this role. There weren't any questions that seemed out of left field, though they did ask good, thoughtful questions. I enjoyed the interview experience, but they ended up selecting another candidate for the position in the end.

Staggered and over 6 weeks with no clear direction. Took 2 weeks average between every step. 3 interviews - 1 with Hiring Manager, Managed once removed, and then HR that was more around expected salary etc.
