Instructure interview questions

The interview process was extensive, meeting lots of people. Within the marketing department you'll be mostly interviewed by Misty, who is an excellent hiring manager and executive. She's committed to moving people forward in their careers and putting them in positions where they can succeed.

Began with a phone interview with recruiter. Asked why I was interested, what my expectations were, all that... He then scheduled an interview on-site with the hiring manager. On-site interview was very laid back. Simple questions about my resume and hypothetical situations about dealing with clients/leads. He then went through the negatives of the job ("we are basically glorified filters for the salesmen") and asked if I would be okay with that. One interesting point: I asked for him to describe the culture there. He said if the culture had a personality it would be that of an entitled punk teenager. (I would agree after being there 30 minutes.) After 30 - 45 minutes, he brought in the rest of the team to ask me questions. Really ad-hoc questions to get a feel for personality and work habits.
