There was a phone interview and in person on site interview with a senior engineer and the engineering manager. It wasn't anything really complicated. The people and culture there are really nice but the company won't promote within. It's not a hard company to get into, but definitely hard to advance.

Initially there was a telephonic interview with the HR who asked about overall about starting date and just overview of all the project and then there was a second technical telephonic interview in which I described the projects in detail and there were certain behavioural quaestions. .
