The inteview process was completely automated. You go from computer station to computer station filling out your history. After your history is entered, you take a skills exam, and then a drug test. If you pass the on-site drug test, you are then asked which position you would like to fill. You are hired immediately, provided you passed the basic skills test involving matching titles to objects.
