Interview
You have 1-2 phone interviews, and then you go to a site to meet with someone for an in-person interview. I had to travel to do the interview, and they did compensate for gas. I also went to another site for 2 weeks to train, which was all compensated. The interviews were all very simple and non-intimidated.
