Phone screen with engineering manager. Received a call without notice and I wasn't able to answer. To my surprise, manager directly scheduled final rounds of interview with three engineering team members. Questions were all textbook behavioral and no technical questions whatsoever. Only technical discussion we had was based on my past projects and work ex.
I had't expected such unprofessional interviews from a company like Intel. First interviewer didn't even had my resume.

3 stage interview. One with HR and the remaining two were with senior engineers and manager. You need to have a solid background in mechanical engineering fundamentals. They also focus on interpersonal skills to see if you are nice to work with.
