Technical prescreening, interviews with hiring manager and loop interviews. Recruiter and hiring manager interviews are reasonable. I'm glad that I opted out of the last rounds of technical interviews. Terrible interview experience so far. If you enjoy working with coworkers who are highly confrontational and passive-aggressive, this is the best place for you. I felt interviewers are not interested in the interview process. I can clearly notice that from their attitude and facial expressions. Firstly, they should learn how to respect potential candidates and do meaningful introductions. Please don't assume that you are more knowledgeable than interviewees just because you are working at this company for a few years. Ironically, you probably don't have competent skills to succeed elsewhere. If you are not interested in hiring any external candidates, why do you even waste time with interview process? You could probably ask for 2X salary and do all projects yourself!! What a waste of time. Try to understand that programming is not math to always get same answer that you expect. Interviewers are looking for very specific skills and someone who says `yes boss`. If you believe in your skills and experience, stay away from this toxic workplace and self-centered individuals who are working on so-called fantabulous projects. This interview process feels like scam and bait-and-switch.
