It seems she did not expect such big experience but at the time of filtering CV they missed to check that. The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. The first round focused on technical assessment of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and problem-solving. The second round, with the VP, evaluated strategic thinking, decision-making, and business impact of my work.
