Applied through linkedin and after 5 days HR connected stating profile got shortlisted and scheduled technical round.
The round went very good and mostly based on projects that I worked on technical stuff related to ML,NLP and some statistics.
After that round no response from HR. When i tried contacting after 1week they mentioned feedback not received and stuff like that.
After 2weeks HR called and mentioned and I got rejected stating no proper reason and mentioned round was good this confused me. So I contacted interviewer on linked and asked for feedback so that i could improve myself, then he mentioned everything was good but we were looking for guys have done more than 2 nlp projects...are you kidding me here then why my profile got shortlisted if it is required criteria and even interview can also stop when checking profile.
Very negative impression. Better to avoid.

Interview process is good. They have given some case study and 3 days to solve that. Overall it is nice. I used latest deep learning algorithms to solve that. It is related to Entity recognition in invoices.

So I won Intellect AI Hackathone so I got interview chance. So first of all he ask basic question like tell me about yourself. Interviewer doesn't have proper knowledge of NLP. let me tell you why? he ask me to create custom toknizer so I created one than he said you are wrong don't use split use library so I use nltk tokenizer in that dot didn't split than I fix this but he said you have to use Part-of-speech. So he didn't even knowledge that what is Part-of-speech? I also cross how Part-of-speech in that he said figure out yourself. After 2 week they didn't give any response So I ask for follow back HR said "You didn't have experience, So you can't solve that problem. That's why they rejected you" I don't know if they din't want to recruiter why they taking hackthon and take interviews.
